WINFIELD WILD V.5
We first conjured a massive wheat ale and sent it into our foeder on a single brett culture, stealing a portion every year and refilling it with fresh soft wheat and oat nectar. Letting the culture transform and build an everlasting complexity before conditioning on wildflower honey and hand picked haskapp berries from Whitfield Farms and saskatoons from Gambell orchard in Winfield. It slaps you with a bright acidity that fades into a juicy berry finish. Perfect for hot days on our hop filled patio.

A Nordic black IPA swirling with aromas of sweet pine and citrus. Mashed with a base of Pink Boots malt and boiled with dark candi syrup and experimental HBC 522 hops from to bring a sweet crisp finish.

Friends! We're dropping a sick release today! Our old pal Evan is now summoning spirits at in Golden. You might recognize him from heavy hitters like B-ROAD and BURNOUT. We've started a sick barrel trade project, aging IPAs and small batch gins back to back. Each trade building an ever changing behemoth of an IPA.

GIN BARREL AGED WIZARD STICKS
The first of many gin barrel aged projects with our friends at This beer first held a small batch gin for X months, breathing new life into the oak. With notes of orange rind and honey that melt into that sweet fruit punch from our Motueka. The heat from the spirit is balanced by a nice lingering bitterness high fiving barrel tannins. We're slinging this in 10oz glasses so everyone can enjoy a taste of the spring nectar.
