Had a quick chat and visit with Mark at Mara Valley Produce on Tuesday, and renewed my respect for the can-do attitude, , creativity, and work ethic of so many of our suppliers!

Here is a glimpse of passive heat being gleaned from a greenhouse inside a greenhouse + a simple fan for air circulation to cure winter squash for long storage. and then a purpose-modified washing station for prepping squash to pack out orders.

Mara Valley Produce supplies most of our winter storage carrots, as well as red and yellow onions, shallots, parsnips, sunchokes, beets, squash, cabbage, potatoes, and more.

They grow organically with deep care on beautiful river-adjacent land and the quality of produce is always exceptional!
