WE'RE HIRING – BAR MANAGER

Derrick’s Steakhouse is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a leadership position for someone who is passionate about hospitality, wine, cocktails, spirits, and building a strong team culture.

What You'll Do:
• Lead daily bar operations
• Manage inventory, ordering & beverage costing
• Develop cocktails and beverage features
• Train and mentor bartenders and service staff
• Assist with floor leadership and guest relations
• Support private events, wine dinners, and special functions

What We're Looking For:
✔ Hospitality leadership experience
✔ Strong wine, beer, cocktail & spirits knowledge
✔ Experience with inventory and cost control
✔ Excellent communication and team-building skills
✔ A passion for creating memorable gest experiences
