Dinner Idea: Ras el Hanout Pork, Simmered with Cherry Tomatoes

We have a bumper crop of cherry tomatoes - far too many for salads - so I'm using them up in simmering dishes. The pork chops are coated in Ras el Hanout and seared before adding them to the dutch oven so they cook rather than steam.
