We’ve been working on something special… 🤍

Our Roasted Vegetable Lasagna has had a little makeover — and we’re so excited to finally share it with you.

We’ve made a few thoughtful changes to the roasted vegetables, added a distinct layer of spinach & ricotta, and focused on bringing even more flavour and texture to every bite.

Still homemade, still made with lots of care — just even better than before. 🇮🇹

Come try the updated version and let us know what you think. ❤️

Now available at Ferrara’s Italian Market.

GNOCCHI — a little bite of Italian history 🇮🇹✨

Did you know gnocchi have been enjoyed in Italy for centuries? The name is believed to come from nocchio, meaning a knot in wood, or nocca, meaning knuckle — a nod to their small, rustic shape.

🥔 The potato gnocchi we know today became especially popular after potatoes arrived in Europe from the Americas. They’re traditionally made with a simple combination of potatoes, flour and a little salt, creating those soft, pillowy bites we love.

And here’s the best part: you know gnocchi are ready when they float to the top of the pot! Drop them into gently boiling salted water, wait for them to rise, then scoop them out and toss with your favourite sauce.

Creamy, cheesy, tomato-based, pesto or simply butter & sage — there really isn’t a wrong way to enjoy gnocchi. 🍅🌿

How do you like your gnocchi?
