We set out to make the most beautiful wines in the world; starting with organically and biodynamically grown grapes from the pristine Okanagan Valley, handling them with love and attention, allowing them to ferment naturally to retain the highest levels of antioxidants, and finishing the wines in our Pyramid Cellar built with precision Sacred Geometry and aligned to the stars to create a structure

of stillness and harmony. We set out to bring pride to all Canadians. I’m thrilled to have witnessed this vision unfold with our portfolio of wines being awarded among the wine world’s highest honours, including trophies and gold medals from France and England, as well as a special trophy naming Summerhill “Canadian Wine Producer of the Year” at the International Wine & Spirit Competition. All this for allowing nature to speak for herself! She does speak... and we listen. There is divine purpose in every blessed drop.

The last long weekend of summer deserves a long lunch 🌿

Nature's Table is open seven days a week from 12pm — organic, farm-to-table plates, a board built for lingering, and Okanagan Lake doing what it does best from the patio.

Our Gewürztraminer is drinking beautifully right now. Aromatic, a little exotic, and exactly right alongside cured meats and soft cheese in early September light.

No rush. That's the whole point of a long weekend.

Meet the Park Hill Gewürztraminer 2025 — hand-picked on a single October morning and pressed whole-bunch to hold onto every bit of its brightness. Fermented in stainless steel, nothing added, nothing hidden.

Off-dry and beautifully aromatic, it's the bottle you want alongside something with a little heat. Spicy tuna rolls. Chicken satay. Roasted butternut squash with sage.

The fruit comes from Park Hill Vineyard, planted in 1983 in the hills north of Oliver, where the soil is fed by cover crops instead of inputs — hairy vetch, clover, trefoil, sainfoin.
