The goal was to access the benefits of traditionally preserving food in such a way that it resonates and fits into our modern-day eating habits. The result was a great tasting, healthy beverage that helped my husband kick his pop habit and will hopefully help many others on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

A space to slow down, reconnect, and nourish yourself in community. We’re so excited to welcome you back for an evening of intentional breathwork and inner exploration.

Join us for an intentional evening of guided breathwork led by certified facilitator Jane Howell. Together, we’ll explore a simple yet powerful breathing practice through three waves of breath. Building connection with your body, your inner knowing, and the present moment.

This experience is open to everyone, whether you’re seeking clarity, release, grounding, energy, connection, or simply curiosity. No experience is needed.
