🍄 A little date correction!

I got ahead of myself in my earlier post and shared the wrong date for the Okanagan Mushroom Festival!

The festival is actually happening Sunday, November 1st, and I'll be there with Liquid Aura!

If you're fascinated by mushrooms, curious about functional fungi, or simply looking for a fun way to spend a Sunday, come explore.

Calling all mushroom lovers and mushroom-curious humans!

There is something rather fascinating about fungi.

They have their own kingdom, they're biologically more closely related to animals than plants, and they've developed some pretty extraordinary ways of interacting with the world around them.

And we're only beginning to appreciate how much they have to offer.

Sometimes a single perspective changes everything.

For years, I thought of mushrooms as supplements.

The deeper I went, the more I realized they aren't simply something we consume.

They're another living organism.

Another kingdom of life.

Every time we enjoy them, we're entering into relationship with them.

And they, in turn, participate in the relationships already happening within our bodies.

I don't know...

That changes the experience for me.

Maybe that's why making my morning elixir has never felt like taking a supplement.

It feels like participating in my own well-being.
