A little update about my Suns Out family ❤️

This is Chantale, Gin and Scott's friend, posting with their blessing... Some of you may have noticed that Suns Out Buns Out has had a few unexpected closures lately, and I wanted to share why.

My dear friends Ginger and Scott have received news that no family ever wants to hear. Scott has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer; there is hope but he has a hard fight ahead of him.

Today was an especially difficult day, so Suns Out will be closed again tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9th, to give them some much-needed time to rest, recuperate and simply be together.

There will likely be more appointments, treatments and days when the food truck needs to close unexpectedly. I know this wonderful community will understand that right now, family has to come first.

Please keep Scott, Ginger and their family in your thoughts as they face what lies ahead. ❤️

And when Suns Out is open and you’re hungry, stop by, grab yourself a bun and a drink and show these two some love.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness and all the support you continue to show Ginger, Scott and Suns Out Buns Out. It means more than you know.
