A new round of Kitchen PREP is coming!

Beginning August 25, Kitchen PREP is back for another intake, giving participants the opportunity to build practical kitchen skills, gain hands-on experience, and develop confidence in a supportive learning environment.

The program runs Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with plenty of opportunities to learn by doing and develop skills that can support future employment.

Applications are open now, and interviews may begin as early as next week! If you or someone you know would be a great fit for Kitchen PREP, we encourage you to apply soon.

We were excited to welcome Beaver Brae Secondary School’s Entrepreneur Class to the Grab & Go in June!

The students had the opportunity to sit down with Chefs Alex and Dylan to ask questions about their journeys in the hospitality industry, what it’s like to build and operate a business, the challenges they’ve faced, and the lessons they have learned along the way.

We always enjoy connecting with young people who are curious about entrepreneurship and exploring future career paths. Hopefully their conversation inspired a few future business owners, chefs, and community leaders!
