Sometimes after a crazy busy week, a thoughtful gift means so so much more.

A close friend and coworker has been playing with their new 3D Printer..

And made me a (matching to mine) KitchenAid Mixer! ...with my name.. my business name.. it flips up.. the be**er spins.. the bowl comes off.. it has a spot for business cards.. And I am truly amazed at this piece of art.

A big shout out to Lisa Visentin, and the KCA PTA for an amazing order of 80, yes 80! apples for a Teacher Appreciation.

While my work space was stunning having these laid out, I packaged them up and sent them on their way.

This included a request for a hand full of gluten free, cookies.. Now, I know some of you have asked in the past if I do gluten free. I said no. After a test batch/tweak and trying this out, they turned out.. okay. I say this because I have not dabbled in these types of treats to know how their texture is expected to be.

Maybe after a little tweaking and perfecting the fineness of the flour, I will nail one of the best gluten free cookies, and add them to the list!
