Took part in a super fun cake decorating contest, only had 45 minutes and very basic equipment but I think i did pretty good for working with just American buttercream on a hot day!!! Great job to the other ladies that participated!!

I did take home 1st place ❤️ but I definitely thought the maude Lewis cake was gonna take it!

So much fun at the annapolis valley expo!

Did you know you can order a custom dessert for your get together!? This customer came to me wanting Zucotto for their holiday dinner!

It is an Italian dessert made with sponge cake and canoli cream! Sometimes includes candied fruits. If you imagine it Batty Baking can probably make it! Taking orders for new years and valentines day now! Spots fill up fast!
