Grown Here Farms An organic farm and organic consumer foods company, producing: organic produce, microgreen salad ble We pride ourselves on growing and delivering locally.

At Grown Here Farms, our mission and focus is IMPACT: to touch as many lives as possible with pure, integrity-based organic produce and consumer goods, connected to higher consciousness. Privately held, entirely female owned and led - we are fierce, scrappy, warrior goddesses when it comes to the protection of the Sacred Feminine, the fulfillment of our mission and the integrity of our products and processes. We will not compromise ourselves or our product integrity - and we are committed to using a company and a product as a vehicle for change, taking every challenge as an opportunity and every injustice as a platform to right wrongs and be a voice for good, for justice, for transparency in the supply chain so you know where your food comes from and what is in it, and for women. Our microgreens and root vegetables are fresh, certified organic, and local. Our organic consumer goods are based on high-integrity, high-quality, pure ingredients, small batch, hand-made. Human heartbeats, not machines, making these incredible products for you. Love In, Love Out is our core philosophy as we believe that what goes into how a product was made and who made it are just as important as what is produced. It's the same reason grandma's food tastes so much better than any other meal - the love that goes into it. We are puritan organic farmers, using organic seeds, plant biologically into the soil, grow with natural sunlight, and water, and we even play sound therapy to all of our plants while they grow, bringing you a higher-consciousness, higher frequency infused product that is pure and grown with love.

As we continue our 2026 harvest - we close our season playlist with Ho’Oponopono prayer: I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

Our harvest comes at the same time as the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur. Which is all about forgiveness and return to wholeness. T’Shuvah.

We incorporate these themes into our harvest. To infuse our plants with the power of this time and these prayers of a return to wholeness. So that those who consume our plant medicine may find the same - a return to wholeness. ❤️👩🏻‍🌾🌱

I’ve had to learn this lesson more than once.

When we bought our farm, I never imagined the years ahead would include floods, wildfires, extreme weather, financial uncertainty, and ultimately losing the land we had worked so hard to build.

There were many moments when it would have been easy to look at everything that happened and ask, Why is this happening to us?

Over time, I learned to ask a different question:

What is this here to teach me?

That shift didn’t make the difficult moments any less difficult. But it changed what I carried forward from them.

The floods taught me resilience. Loss taught me perspective. Starting over taught me that what you’ve built inside yourself can be far more valuable than anything that can be taken away.

I can’t say I would have chosen every chapter of this journey. But I can say that every one of them has had valuable lessons.

Life is happening for you, not to you.

Sometimes it just takes a little distance to understand why. Thank you again to Insights Success Media magazine for featuring our journey!

We close our season Playlist to the plants with a repetition of an ancient Hawaiian prayer Ho’Oponopono. Here is a small clip of the original prayer by Morrnah Nalamako Simeona played over our plants prior to harvest.

Full prayer is below:

Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son, all in one, if I, my family, relatives and ancestors have offended your family, relatives and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds and actions from the beginning of our Creation to the present we ask your forgiveness.

Let this cleanse, purify, release and cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies and vibrations. Transmute these unwanted energies into pure light. And it is so. To clear my subconscious of all the emotional charge stored in it I say one and another time during my day the key words of Ho’Oponopono:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
I am grateful

I declare myself at peace with all the people on earth and with whom I have outstanding debts for this moment and in all time for everything that I do not like in my present life:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
I am grateful

I release all those from whom I believe I am receiving harm and mistreatment because they seem to give me back what I did to them before in some past life, or this one:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
I am grateful

Although it is difficult for me to forgive someone it is me who asks for the forgiveness of that someone now for this instance and at all times for everything that I do not like in my present life:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
I am grateful

For this sacred place that I inhabit day by day and with which I am not comfortable:

For the difficult relationships of which I only kept bad memories

For all that I do not like in my present life, in my past life, in my work and in what is around me, divinity, clean in me what is contributing to my scarcity

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
I am grateful

If my physical body experiences anxiety, worry, guilt, fear, sadness, pain I speak and think my memories

I love you
I am grateful for the opportunity to release you, and me

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
I am grateful

Lessons from the Journey Part 4: Isn’t this one the truth? Had anyone ever sat us down and said what it would ACTUALLY take to persevere, I am sure we would have ran out the door screaming. No. Thank you. You have to believe before you have any evidence of success.

We live in a world that celebrates overnight success. But there are no overnight successes. Meaningful things don’t happen overnight. Creating something that matters takes so much more time than most people are willing to invest. Especially when the horizon looks bleak, dark, devastating - should you quit? That question has certainly crossed my mind daily.

But always, even in the bleakest of moments, something deeper said to keep going. “Quit” is not an option - we burn the boats and find our way through the new world no matter what.

Talent can open the door. Ideas can get you started. But perseverance is what carries you through. It’s the difference between great and fail. Don’t underestimate the power of simply staying the course.

The Ambassador: the genetic that is the misbehaving stepchild of our genetics. It is so impossible to grow. And yet every year we make the attempt again - it is such a beautiful flower. Incredibly vibrant pink pistols, a floral, citrus, chamomile terpene profile and a beautiful fragrance.

This year it was more than underwhelming. But we still admire its beauty and elusiveness. Harvested today, look for this one to make a very brief reappearance soon as we will have a very limited inventory available.

Let’s Talk About THC Tolerance: For some consumers and patients, they can find themselves in a familiar cycle - chasing more and more THC just to achieve the same experience.

And they’re not alone.

With regular use, many people develop a tolerance to THC. It’s common to find themselves reaching for higher THC percentages or consuming more product in search of the same effects they once experienced with much less. This can be especially hard on patients relying on THC for medical purposes.

One approach many consumers and patients use is introducing C*D flower into their routine.

Some choose to:

🌿 Mix C*D flower with THC flower
🌿 Replace a few sessions with C*D
🌿 Take a tolerance break from THC, using C*D instead
🌿 Gradually reduce their overall THC consumption

Because C*D is non-intoxicating, many people find it helps them maintain their routine while working toward more balanced THC consumption.

Sometimes, less THC can be more.

At Grown Here Farms, we’re passionate about helping people discover the benefits of premium, organically grown C*D flower—and giving them another option on their wellness or plant medicine journey.

Haseya by one of our favourite artists - resonance frequency of the divine feminine. We’ve been playing Ajeet to our plants since 2019.

Ajeet’s melodies are not just sound; they are harmonic prayers—vibrations that embody nurturing, healing, and intuitive wisdom. The divine feminine, represented through the essence of Ajeet’s music, brings a gentleness that allows our plants to thrive in a field of love and coherence. This resonance creates a fertile environment where plants grow not just in soil, but in a symphony of light and intention.

As these plants flourish, they carry this harmonic nourishment into the earth, preparing them to offer their gifts to those who will consume them. When you partake in our products, you are receiving the blessings of this divine resonance—an echo of the sacred feminine that nurtures both plant and person.

Through Ajeet’s music, we weave a tapestry of healing that transcends the physical, inviting everyone who encounters our plants to feel the harmony of the divine feminine within themselves.
