Our buckwheat is a double win cover crop for our farm.
Buckwheat is a high value nectar crop for our bees to feed on to help build strength for the winter season.
It also feeds the soil that our garlic grew in this season.
It’s a full circle mindset here on this land, it’s not all about what we get from the soil, it’s also what we give back to it. 🌱❤️🧄
