Was everyone happy for today? Pretty much anyway?
I noticed it was a little slower than the last 2 markets, plus we had less vendors than the last 2 markets as well.
But I hope you don't give up. Markets are hit and miss sometimes. It's hard to gauge how much time a person has to go out to see a market. Lots of people work and have very little break time. Plus we forgot to put an ad in the paper last week, but I won't forget for the future markets.
Next months market will have an added feature with a swap meet, flea market, garage sale type set up outside, while the artisans sell their awesome homemade and handmade items inside. I'm looking for food trucks as well and there might even be an ice cream truck too.
So stay tuned.
Now that today is done, I'm super focused on making the next one for July much better for everyone in a lot of ways.

5 more sleeps until our next market. I'm excited and overwhelmed at the same time. Lots to do before Tuesday. Tomorrow is the last day to get your spot for $15 per table. After that tables are $20 each.

They may try to scam some of our vendors too, so I'm sharing this here as a warning to be diligent and aware.

Boy I sure hate scammers. This person wanted to order cookies. Even claims now that they sent money, but I didn't get anything from them. I have auto deposit, it goes in right away without a password even. Then when I call them out on being a scam, I can't see their profile now, which kind of looked fake, but I went ahead with a conversation with them anyway. And now I can't reply to them anymore either. They claimed they sent payment, but the last time I dealt with someone like this, the email sent to me wanted me to send money to a certain amount then I'd get it all back after. Which I know is a scam. I'm not new to seeing a scam and how to tell if it is. Nowadays, we have to be so diligent and pay attention to the minor details that scammers are hoping we miss.
