Fun fact: 90% of the leafy greens Canadians eat are grown somewhere else. Most of it gets trucked up from California. So something as ordinary as a salad now depends on a growing season, a water supply, or a trade relationship that regular Canadians can't control.
And while we can’t control what happens between two countries, we can control where our money goes.
