Every so often, a customer sends a request that makes me do a double-take — and a giant cinnamon roll wedding cake definitely did that. A wedding cake made of giant cinnamon rolls? I had never made anything like it before, and I immediately had to know if it could actually work.
So I headed to the kitchen for a little experimenting and created this two-tier cinnamon roll cake to see if the idea could come to life. And honestly, I’m pretty thrilled with how it turned out.
There’s still some fine-tuning to do before the big day in August, but I love when customers bring me ideas that push me to create something new.
