😋 BLT Salad with Creamy Yogurt Herb & Dill Dressing
◾️ Salad
• 4-5 cups romaine lettuce or baby spinach
• 12 strips of bacon, cooked
• 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 cups homemade or store-bought croutons
Wash, dry and chop lettuce. Cook bacon until crispy, cut into ½" pieces. In a large bowl toss all ingredients together and drizzle with your favourite dressing.
◾️ Dressing
• 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
• 2 Tbsp, olive oil
• 2 tsp. Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning
• 2 tsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 2 tsp. white sugar
• 1 ½ Tbsp. lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Refrigerate for ½ hour. Adjust consistency with milk if so desired.
