Of course my little sidekick had to come along for the road trip. 🐾❤️

This morning, we traded farm chores for salty air and sandy paws and enjoyed a beautiful walk along the beach. There’s just something special about watching your best buddy run free, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy every second of a new adventure.

The views were stunning, the ocean was peaceful, and the company was perfect. I’d say this little vacation is off to a pretty great start. 🌊☀️🐶

Anyone else have a four-legged travel companion who insists on being part of every adventure? 😊

🌞 Good Morning, Friends! 🌞

I’m soaking up and enjoying my little vacation, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t missing all the excitement back at the farm! 🐣❤️

It seems like while I’m away, everyone decided it was the perfect time to make their grand entrance into the world. We’ve welcomed several Eastern Wild turkey poults, adorable little Lemon Pyle Brahmas, and some beautiful Black Copper Marans chicks! 🦃🐥

There’s nothing quite like the excitement of new life on the farm, and I can’t wait to get home and meet all of these precious new arrivals. Until then, I’m enjoying the getaway and eagerly waiting for all the baby updates from home. 🥰

If you ever needed a reason to smile today, here it is. 🥹❤️

Watching Tweeter and Monkeyman run around together is hands-down one of our favorite things. What started as two emus meeting for the first time has quickly turned into the sweetest friendship.

They're rarely far from each other, always exploring, running, and getting into mischief side by side. 🐦💨

I'd say they're best friends, and honestly... they're just about the cutest duo on the farm. 🥰

Who knew adding a second emu would bring so much joy? ❤️🎀

While Mom is away, the kiddos have been keeping Dad busy in the garden! 🌱💚

They've been out there digging, planting, watering, and lending a helping hand every chance they get. Watching them take pride in helping grow our little farmstead is pretty special.

I'd say they deserve a lot of the credit because the garden is looking absolutely amazing! 🌿🍅🥕 Dad's got some pretty great little helpers, and I can't wait to see how everything grows over the summer.

Good morning, friends! ☔️❤️

It’s a rainy morning here on the farm, and today I’m heading out of town for a little vacation with a good friend. As excited as I am for a change of scenery and a chance to recharge, I already know I’ll be missing my family and all of my farm critters back home.

A little time away will be nice, but there truly is no place like home. 🏡🐓

Don’t worry though—I’ll still be posting along the way! Things just might not be quite as frequent over the next few days while I soak up some much-needed time away.

This little sunroom is my happy place. ☀️❤️

It may not look like much to some, but to me it's where creativity comes to life. Every tumbler, tote bag, shirt, hoodie, and custom item we bring to the markets is made right here in this room—with my own two hands and a whole lot of love.

Nothing we sell is purchased from a store and resold. Every piece is designed, created, packaged, and prepared right here at Wild Flock Farmstead. From early mornings to late nights, this little space has seen countless cups of coffee, big dreams, and lots of hard work.

It didn’t take long at all for Tweeter and Monkeyman to become the very best of friends. From the moment they met, they’ve been side by side—exploring, eating, napping, and keeping each other company every step of the way. 🥹✨

Watching their bond grow so quickly has absolutely melted our hearts. We already can’t imagine the farm without these two goofy, sweet, feathered friends. ❤️
