We’re going on an IPA trip… 🍻

The first stop on IPA Tour Vol. 3 brings us to Dunham, QC, home of Bad Bones Beer - makers of top notch hoppy ales. Junction IPA (6.5% ABV) was dry-hopped with Freestyle Hops Riwaka and Amarillo, delivering bright notes of tropical citrus, passionfruit, and pithy grapefruit.

Next up is Crossing DIPA (8% ABV), brewed in collaboration with our Dutch friends at Rock City. Loaded with Motueka, Mosaic, and European Hallertau Blanc, this bright and juicy DIPA showcases notes of lemon-lime citrus, tropical berries, and white wine grape.

Our third release is Shoreline TIPA, brewed with our pals at All My Friends Beer Co, close by in Prince Edward County. Dry-hopped with Freestyle Hops NZ Cascade, Southern Cross, and Nectaron, expect a hop-saturated hazy TIPA bursting with dank tropical fruit, pine, and pithy citrus.

Last but certainly not least, we’re thrilled to revisit Tetra Burst, a Quadruple IPA brewed with our friends at Third Moon Brewing Co. in Milton, Ontario. Dry-hopped with an enormous amount of Cryo Citra, Citra, Cryo Nelson Sauvin, and Nelson Sauvin, it’s the most heavily dry-hopped beer we’ve ever made. Smooth and dangerously drinkable, Tetra Burst is packed with saturated tropical stone fruit character, white wine notes, and a deep, resinous dankness.

Special collab release: Spolu (“Together”)

We’ve been fans of , and the well-crafted, thoughtful beers they produce, for a long time. We were stoked to work together on this one.

Spolu is a classic Czech pilsner brewed with floor-malted pilsner malt and finished with a light dry hop of Saaz. Expect comforting notes of fresh bread and biscuit, balanced by moderate bitterness and a clean, crisp finish.

We took our time with this beer, giving it an extended lagering period and using a spunding valve for the first time to capture some naturally produced CO₂ during fermentation, contributing to a delicate, soft carbonation.

For the first time, we are pouring a smoothie on draught at the brewery. Come by for a glass of Smooth Shake Strawberry Milkshake IPA this weekend.

We’re balancing out two hazy IPA releases this week — one single, and one quad.

Coming in at 6.5% ABV, Clay IPA was brewed with a healthy dose of wheat and oats, and dry-hopped with a classic combination of Citra and Mosaic hops. Expect an easy-drinking IPA with notes of citrus and dank stone fruit, followed by a smooth, approachable finish.

On the opposite side of the continuum, we’re excited to have Above the Cloudline QIPA in cans. A companion to Cloudline TIPA, this New England-style Quad IPA was treated with a massive dry-hop of Manalita, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka hops from . Dangerously smooth for the ABV, this one packs notes of candied grapefruit, mango, and bright citrus, backed by a dank finish.

To help celebrate Kingston’s annual festival, we’re excited to be releasing Spring Reverb IPA this week!

The festival runs May 28–31, and is an amazing celebration of live music, workshops, panels, and industry events taking place across several downtown Kingston venues. Spring Reverb IPA is one of our 2026 Quarterly Collaboration Project releases, with a portion of proceeds being donated through .

As for the beer itself, this one is an easy-drinking 5% hazy IPA, dry-hopped with a big dose of Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Maui Nelson Hop Kief. Expect bright notes of grapefruit, citrus, and zesty lemon-lime.
