Long weekend beers!

Heading into the last long weekend of summer, we’re packaging fresh batches of two easy-drinking, lower-ABV hazy ales: Light Hazy (3%) and Mini Burst (5%).

We’ve been working hard to keep a ‘balanced’ lineup of styles on hand, and right now we’re stocked with everything from fresh IPAs and fruited sours to crisp pilsners and big stouts.

Our webshop is open for free Kingston delivery Wednesday & Friday this week, along with $10 flat-rate Ontario-wide shipping. And the taproom is open regular hours throughout the long weekend.

We’re closing out the work week with a new IPA!

Half Step features selected Superdelic and Dolcita hops. Expect a bright, hazy IPA with big pineapple juice vibes, tangerine on the nose, flavours of ripe mango and guava, and a mildly bitter finish.

More S’more.

This week we have the original Stuck on S’more back in cans. Brewed with chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow, this beer is perfect for cooler evenings shared with friends.

At 11.9% ABV, it’s big. Expect a thick, decadent, dessert-style pastry stout with a silky mouthfeel and balanced sweetness.

Special QCP Release

We were both honoured and thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with Ren Navarro from Ren Navarro | HR consulting | DEI education | Drinks expert and the LGBT Purge Fund on this special release. Thunderbeer IPA was brewed to support and celebrate the unveiling of Thunderhead — Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ National Monument in Ottawa.

Thunderhead recognizes the historic discrimination experienced by 2SLGBTQI+ people in Canada, including during the LGBT Purge. The $14-million national monument is located at Wellington Street and Portage in Ottawa and is now open to the public. The beer itself is a sessionable hazy IPA, brewed with a touch of local honey and freshly foraged spruce tips. It’s juicy and refreshing, with a subtle piney character and an easy finish.

Thunderbeer marks our third Quarterly Collaboration Project (QCP) release of the year. It’s available at the brewery and online now for free local delivery and $10 flat-rate Ontario-wide shipping. We’re also giving away Thunderhead stickers with the purchase of four or more cans.

On the heels of Triple Ridgeline, we’re back with Triple Kauri Coast IPA.

A TIPA version of another one of our Nectaron DIPA Series brews, this one is packed with Motueka and Nectaron. Look for juicy topical stone fruit notes, alongside flavours of lemon-lime with a slightly dank finish. Triple Kauri Coast is full bodied, and way too easy drinking for the ABV.

10% ABV, 473ml cans. Available now online and at the brewery.

It’s a mini fruited sour week at the brewery! We’re holding on to the last couple weeks of August with a couple fresh batches of Gelato Sour.

First up is Raspberry & Lemon Gelato — originally conceived as a one-off collaboration with miogelatokingston, but too good not to bring back at least once a year. It’s bright and fruit-forward, with big notes of raspberry balanced perfectly by tart lemon.

Second, we’ve got a fresh batch of Peaches & Cream. This one is loaded with peach purée, alongside vanilla and a touch of lactose, for an easy-drinking, refreshing summer sour.

Raspberry & Lemon, and Peaches & Cream are both available now online and at the brewery. You’ll also find them in our limited-edition Fruited Beer 4-Pack, featuring three different Gelato Sours alongside our Saison with Red Dragonfruit & Lemon.

This week, we’re offering free local delivery Wednesday and Friday, along with our usual $10 flat-rate Ontario-wide shipping.

We’re honoured to have the opportunity to work with LeKetch as often as we do! They consistently brew some of the best IPAs in the county, and it’s always fun to collaborate with them. They’re also just great people!

For Converge IPA, we combined two of our favourite hops from 2026 – Motueka and Tropical Fusion, from Freestyle Hops – alongside a touch of honey. The result is a creamy, smooth, hazy IPA with beautifully balanced notes of passion fruit, ripe mango, and bright lemon-lime. We’re getting tropical fruit cocktail vibes.

This week, we’re celebrating August with the release of our new Saison.

Lightly fruited with red dragonfruit and lemon, it’s crisp, refreshing, and incredibly easy-drinking, with a subtle fruit character and a vibrant red hue.

Available today at the brewery in 473ml cans, and online now for free local delivery on Wednesday and Friday this week. 6.8% ABV.

As we take some time to celebrate the August long weekend, we’re also taking a moment to reflect on what has been a busy and memorable summer so far. We’re incredibly grateful to have taken our beer on the road, visited some truly special places, and met some fantastic people along the way.

Some highlights included a pair of amazing beer festivals in Europe, tap takeovers in Paris and Amsterdam, and two outstanding beer events here in Ontario.

A huge thank you to the wonderful folks at Taphorst Bierfestival, PINT Regio Limburg, La Binouze, Beer Temple, beerbarnptbo and flowfestniagara for hosting us and making us feel so welcome. Special shoutout to our friends at Rock City for all of the hospitality and support!!

We’re looking forward to the next adventure.

Happy Friday!

It’s been a very busy week for everyone at the brewery - planning, making, packaging, distributing lots of beer. We finished it off with packaging this special triple version of one of our favourite DIPAs this morning.

Triple Ridgeline was dry-hopped with a huge amount of Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron hops. Expect big notes of mango and citrus, with hints of dank pine and pithy grapefruit on the finish.
