Our Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegars are free of high fructose corn syrups, caramel colouring, thickeners and are barrel aged for 18 years in Modena Italy. Most balsamic vinegars on the market contain these unnecessary ingredients and will not have the same health benefits or taste. This makes ours safe for diabetics, insulin sensitive individuals and anyone looking to lower their sugar consumption. They contain less sugar than maple syrup and honey. Since it is a fermented food, it comes with many gut health benefits too!

Our 'Ultra Premium' White Balsamic Vinegars are certified to be free from any additives including thickeners, sugar from sources other than grapes, colours, dyes and preservatives as well. They are made from Italian Trebbiano, Albany, and Montuni grapes and 100% Italian Barrel Aged White Wine Vinegar.

Kaimana Lychee White Balsamic Vinegar 🥂
It is absolutely delicious added to water or a mixed drink!

Here is the recipe for a shrub to enjoy for the rest of summer ☀️ or longer.

Ingredients:
2 cups of Kaimana Lychee White Balsamic
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
1 lemon or lime thinly sliced
Fresh mint leaves
8 cups of chilled sparkling water or seltzer (filtered tap water is also great)

Directions:
In a 1 litre container add the strawberries,
water and Kaimana Lychee White Balsamic, mint and lemon or lime. Refrigerate or add ice and serve immediately.

Enjoy!

Note: For a single serving, about 2 tablespoons of the balsamic vinegar should be enough for an 8oz glass of water.
