This next introduction is one of the leaders on the team! He has been with us for over 10 years. He is very diligent in his work.

He is a carpenter, mechanic and equipment operator. He is one of our main sprayer and combine operators on the farm. There is not a thing he cannot fix or build out of metal or wood.

He is a friendly face, always smiling and giving a big wave when you see him around the farm.

The next introduction is our Farm Manager here at PJ & B Farm.

He has been with us since 2016. He is from Ukraine and has worked on farms in the USA and Canada. He is looked up to as a leader on the farm and the promotion to manager was an easy choice. He ensures that the team knows what is expected and what jobs need to be done. He is a 1A driver and runs all the equipment on the farm. He knows our equipment inside and out and ensures all equipment is maintained and ready to roll.

His personality can be described as calm, cool, and collected making him a respected leader among the team.

Next in the lineup is a newer member of the team who used to be a field system engineer.
He is now a seasonal employee at PJ & B Farm Partnership.

He is in charge of making sure all radios in the equipment and trucks are working properly.
He drives semi throughout harvest, always being a cautious and respectful driver on the road.

He is a kind individual, with a strong work ethic and a team player.

The next member we are here to introduce is an excellent team player and who will complete any task assigned to him.

He is in charge of all the grain inventory and ensuring each load’s moisture and weight is recorded. He made sure all equipment was fuelled up and ready to go each morning all harvest!

His personality, attitude, and work ethic make him a great member of the team.
