Every day, surplus food from the food industry is rescued and redirected to people who need it most. Through our Fresh Approaches Food Centre, food that might otherwise end up in a landfill is sorted, repackaged, and shared across our Community Food Assistance Network, reducing food waste while helping nourish people throughout Waterloo region.
