I said I was going to show up everyday , and I didn’t.
I didn’t not show up because I was to busy, or because life got in the way, I didn’t because I did not believe in what I attempted to post being my true authentic self or saying what I wanted. After what you shared on Saturday, I am committed to keeping everything Real! I wanted to wait so I could show up with something real! So here it is:

Showing up is harder than talking about showing up even when I built a whole brand around it, even know you know why it matters, even when people are counting on you.
The script doesn’t just Phlip once, you have to Phlip it every day!

I’m here now, and that’s what I got for today!

I went Phlippen quiet. And honestly, It was the best and most honest thing I have done in a while!

I stepped back to practice what the brand actually preaches.
I couldn’t keep talking about the “real” conversations we were having while avoiding the one I really needed to have with myself. I rediscovered the “WHY”
The brand got rebuilt, the vision&mission got rebuilt , website got rebuilt and honestly SO DID I.
