A trained chef, Mel has brought her culinary talents to Caudle’s in more ways than one. She helped shape our value-added line, and if you’ve ever enjoyed one of our famous trout rouladens, there’s a good chance Mel rolled it.

Just like her trout rouladens, Mel keeps everything wrapped up tight on defence. Whether she’s stepping in during our busiest days and events, or shutting down the opposition on the road hockey court, she’s always a teammate you can count on.
