Custom sausage order!

Did you know we make custom orders? This customer has dietary restrictions and requested 10 lbs of plain with 1/4 of the amount of salt and sugar that we usually put in.

We can custom make or adjust the recipe for any of our unsmoked sausages! If you have dietary restrictions or think you have a great idea for a sausage you can let us know and we can make whatever you want!

There is a 10 lb minimum because of the size of our mixer, that would be about 30 sausages. We can package your order up bulk (pictured above) or wrapped in packages for you to freeze.

We’d love to see what custom sausages our customers can think up! Call or come in to the store to inquire :)
