1. Jalapeno (which i think cross pollinated)
2. Sweet banana
3. Orange habanero
4. Black hungarian (ripen to red off the vine)

Fresh batch of taco sauce ready to go

Made with fresh tomatoes, not tomato paste. Medium in heat, red chili peppers used.

For those with dietary restrictions:
0.2 tsp sugar per jar
0.1 tsp salt per jar

Cowboy Candy.... and Cowboy Candy BBQ Sauce!!

Cowboy candy is a sweet pickled candied jalapeno pepper. This is not something you can buy in grocery or chain stores, only is soecialy shops.
We then took it another step and used the Candy pickling bring as a base for a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce.

$8 a jar, or take one of each for $15.
