🥜 Peanut Sauce Tempeh Bowl

• 1 package Henry’s Original Tempeh

For the peanut sauce:
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 1 tbsp garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• Water, as needed to thin

For the bowls:
• Cooked quinoa
• Lettuce
• Cucumber
• Shredded carrots & cabbage
• Snap peas
• Lime wedges

Directions:
Cut the tempeh into triangles and boil for 10 minutes.
Whisk together the peanut sauce ingredients until smooth.
Toss the tempeh with the sauce and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook until golden and slightly crispy (saving the remaining sauce).
Assemble your bowls with quinoa and vegetables.
Top with the peanut sauce tempeh and drizzle the remaining sauce. Optional: Squeeze some fresh lime.

This Harissa Tempeh Bowl is bringing the heat 🔥

Crispy tempeh tossed in a sweet + spicy harissa sauce, layered over rice with charred corn, fresh veg, creamy avocado, pickled onion, and a drizzle of spicy mayo.

Here’s how to make it⬇️

Harissa Sauce:
3 tbsp harissa paste
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste

• Prepare the sauce by adding all the ingredients to a large bowl.
• Marinate Original Tempeh cubes for 20 minutes
• Heat the pan, add oil and marinated tempeh, cooking until golden/ lightly crispy.

This creamy mushroom udon noodle dish with crispy tempeh bacon is rich, savoury, and seriously easy to throw together. The tempeh adds the perfect smoky bite that takes it to the next level.

Save this for your next weeknight dinner 👇

Ingredients:
• Henry’s Tempeh bacon
• 500g udon noodles
• 500g shiitake mushrooms
• 1 can coconut milk
• 2 tbsp miso paste
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Directions:
1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a pan, cook sliced shiitake mushrooms until softened and slightly golden. Add miso paste, coconut milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add vegetable broth to thin.
3. Add noodles into the sauce and toss until coated and heated through.
4. Top with crispy Henry’s Tempeh bacon and serve warm.
