Sunshine!
We’re doing a bit of research into adding something pretty to the corn maze-sunflowers! Just looking into varieties that we can source in bulk aside from the black oil ones. Some of you may know that side of the farm has been growing a variety of sunflowers for the flower u-pick and loves all of the different shapes and colours!
We love sunflowers on our kitchen table -they really let that sunshine in!

Dewberry Farm
The amount of thought and work that goes in to creating a beautiful rural experience is mind blowing. There’s so much work behind the scenes to make everyone’s visit feel memorable.
Some of these farms are open most of the year and some of these farms are opened like us -for two months. The off time of the year is spent dreaming , doing maintenance planning for the next year. What food can they introduce That’s exciting?. What game or attraction can they build That’s fun? Everything is for the guest to have the best experience.

We’re excited to be attending our first ever Corn Party! This is a corn maze conference held by The Maize -this is the company that designs and sprays our maze and connects us with all things corn maze-like the games and food ideas.
This year the corn party is being held in San Antonio, Texas and area with farms from both Canada and USA attending.
There is literally so much happening in the day-so much info to father and people to talk to. We’ll try to share some of our adventure in the stories so follow along !🌽

What a night! Our Haunted Corn Maze was the perfect way to wrap up another amazing season at the Maizex Corn Maze — full of laughter, screams, and lots of brave souls who dared to enter! A huge thank-you to our volunteers, staff and everyone who came out last night -and all season long to make it such a success. 💛

From families exploring the maze by day to thrill-seekers wandering by flashlight at haunt night — you brought the fun, the energy, and the reason we do this. We couldn’t be more grateful for the support from our community, friends, and visitors who made this year one to remember.

We’re already planning for next years corn maze— and we promise it’ll be bigger, better, and even more fun!

Until then, stay cozy, enjoy the rest of fall, and thank you again for being part of our Maizex family. 🌾🧡

Thank you Maizex Corn Maze for having us last week!
The Meridian Source girls got to enjoy the animals🐶🐮🐔🐑, play some games ♟️🎯 and got super lost in the maze 🌽🌽!
Finished the day off with some delicious hotdogs 🌭, caramel apple slices 🍏 and an apple cider float 🍨!
