Eeek, it’s here! If you know me, you know how much I love hand stitching … and specifically when it’s on a cute, spooky theme!

Join me in my home studio on Friday, October 30th at 6pm for a night of hand stitching, Halloween treats and if you would like to join me in the fun … make sure to wear a costume because I will have prizes to be won!

I specifically designed this little workshop to be easy enough for anyone who wants to try hand stitching - so don’t be afraid to join in for a great night!

Decorating a pumpkin in jewels is fulfilling my 90s girls heart! I’m gonna drop this and some other pumpkin decorating workshops very soon! Who’s in?!?

WE ❤️ THE Ilderton Agricultural Society !!! For the past several years, CXN Studio has sponsored the Farm Fun Zone where kids and adults can do crafts and games related to farming! There is also corn sandbox that the kids love to play in and some games like horseshoes and co****le to play with friends!

This year we offered crafts such as Bean Art Mosaics, Pasta Necklace, Yarn Bracelets and Mixed Seed Packets! We also asked people to write something kind on a flower pedals to help us grow some kindness on our canvas!

To top it all off - the girls were asked to sing O Canada to kick off the demolition derby!!! What an honour to sing for so many people! This was the biggest crowd they have sung in front of yet!

We are exhausted but our hearts are so full from meeting so many new people and connecting with our local community! Can’t wait to be back next year!

I didn’t know what I was missing until I tried crewel embroidery!

Original design by ME with elements inspired from an old Jacobean crewel stitch book I found at last year’s guild sale!
