Caught some pictures at feeding.

Commercial boer bucklings. Born Jan/Feb 2026. Strong coloured genetics with great mothering ability. Most of these are from multiple births and we've picked out the best of the lot. On limited grain, not pushed. These boys will do well with their own herd.

Located in Southeast Manitoba but will be heading west sometime in the next month so could possibly figure something out with transport.

It was high time for these bucklings to be weaned. Impressed with the weaning weight so far.... 60lbs to 72lbs. Born mid January to February 2026. Some of these definitely have potential for anyone looking for a good commercial boer buck.

Snapped a couple pictures during feeding this evening from some 2026 bucklings that will be available this year. So far I'm pretty happy with their performance. All from multiple births and from some of our best does. Sires are Divin Calin Shaman's Simba or Calico Creek Maverick. Lots of colour in their background. 🙂

One month untill kidding season. In the meantime I was scrolling through my large collection of goat pictures, including all those cute kids pictures. As I was going through them, and even though it's been said often, it struck me how the herd I have now has been influenced by genetics from some amazing herds out there through the bucks we brought in, starting with our first Kalahari red from RAM H back in the early 2000s (that seems ages ago!!).

So I took a moment to share some of the bucks we were fortunate enough to bring into our program in the last years.
