How to make fermented garlic 🧄 and boost your immune system:

You will need

fresh garlic, no mold,

fresh honey liquid, unpasteurized, not creamy. Best from a farmers market

Next

Get a clean jar, get garlic cleaned and ready for the jar

Cut the garlic in halves, and again make sure you cut off any mold before putting it into the jar

Add the honey on top of the garlic in the jar, and make sure the honey covers all the garlic

Now make sure you burp your jar every day and flip it to cover all the garlic

Do this for 4-6 weeks to get the full benefits of the fermentation process

You can add the honey to tea, baked goods, and salads. Eat the full cloves when feeling under the weather until you feel good again or have one every day. It can be great for the immune system and gut.
