Fat Unicorn Brewery Craft Beer Brewery Over 5 years in the making the brewery was completed in August 2014, with our first product ready Spring of 2015.

Growing up in an old country culture family that never bought liquor. Tired of wine, I started making beer as a hobby. Over the years as finances and time allowed, I started to look for a proper brew system. The idea was to have a 2 or 3 BBL system and just brew as a hobby. By the time I was finished it was a 5000 square foot building with a 10 BBL brewery. Owner and brewer, I built the brewery on

my ranch in the Lac La Biche County approx. 6 km south of our home town Plamondon, the brewery is positioned on the ranch with a view of the entire estate and is designed as a show piece and will eventually have a tasting room and gift shop (kind of like a vineyard destination).
