This ramp makes loading small livestock so much easier! Perfect for sheep, goats & pigs, it is very solidly constructed with a welded steel frame, footholds attached to the floor, & is easy to place wherever you need it! Goat Stanchion for sale ~ $225 (located in Lac La Biche)
The frame is constructed from heavy steel & the floors are pressure treated plywood. The ramp is easy to pop off if you need it out of the way too! NOT JUST FOR MILKING! We had meat goats, so it was used more as a squeeze to keep an animal safely restrained while helping with a difficult kidding, milking for colostrum, medical treatments & even trimming feet. The headgate mechanism is simple to operate & super effective as it easily adjusts to the appropriate size, from kids to bucks! It is a great tool for more efficient handling of your animals!

UPDATE: SOLD!!

Full herd dispersal! We would love if they could go as a package!

After 23 years, we have made the difficult decision to "move" our herd & Sir Lancelot the llama. We have 6 cull does that will likely be shipped to auction as we will only let the best go as breeding stock. Please click on pix for more information. (these pix are a good representation of the herd...we have a great selection of bucklings with a ton of colour this year!

The ages of the mature does are as follows (does not include the culls):
2 @ 8 years old
2 @ 6 years old
4 @ 4 years old
9 @ 2 years old
2 unknown but I think 5 years (they lost their tags)

A dingbat first freshener...popped out the baby, then decided she liked the herd better, so into the barn they went. Baby has a nice full tummy now so we shall see how she is with her tomorrow...I swear this mama is more deer than goat!!

We finally had some hostages (kids) released this am...a nice looking set of triplets. Mama is mothering nicely. I got out there just after the third was born, so just leaving them sort things out themselves & will check tummies in a couple of hours ❤
