The peach tree buds have been swelling and taking a peek, and then hiding away again since Feb with zero snow and a milder Winter.
They are smart enough to stay at the swollen stage as we dipped down to the edge of freezing last night. I do see some pink, so bring on the ☀️ Meanwhile the early Yellow plums, the Shiros, and the Beauty plums are well on their way to full blossoms. I might have to wake up some of the Mason Bee's, reaL soon.

Weining this herford calf on a separate grazing area. We have a set of very large Ravens that were in the other day, sniping some Red Angus hair. Today our younger set of Ravens saw an opening to beef up their nests aswella.

This Miracle mamma ❤️'s her lil mini-me.
I noticed the way the heifer calf was eyeballing mamma's bag as she walked away 7months preg with possible twins. I decided to watch for a while, sure enough Mamma let her drink.
So we set up a new warm bed in a smaller shelter, and separated them. Now they have a 2" thick x 5.5ft tall, fir wall between them, and they are as close as possible ❤️
This lil herford heifer will make a great mamma.
