Tuxedo Cake: a layer of flourless chocolate sponge, vanilla bean white chocolate anglaise, and a chocolate mousse.
Lemon Earl Fraisier: layers of lemon sponge, fresh strawberries, lemon curd, with a earl grey black current chantilly.
