Cabane à sucre St-Pierre et famille Maple Sugar Camp We are a traditional sugar camp located in Lancaster, Ontario. We produce and sell maple syrup and maple products.

Please note that the St-Pierre & Family Sugar Camp is a traditional sugar camp and not a restaurant offering meals. Only maple products such as maple syrup and butter are available and for sale. Come explore the forest and discover the process in which maple sap is transformed into maple syrup!

We boiled the last of our sap last night, and that concluded our 2026 maple season! It turned out to be a good year and we have lots of syrup bottled, from early golden syrup to late season caramel-tasting dark syrup, and everything in between! We will be making taffy for our customers for the last time this season today (Saturday) and Sunday from 1 until 3h30. Everyone is welcome!

Looks like another cold day today with no sap to boil! 😭 We do however have lots of golden syrup bottled and creamy maple butter available for purchase! Seems to be the year of golden syrup, we hope to make amber soon! We aren't sure if we'll collect any sap tomorrow to boil, but we'll certainly be making taffy from 1 until 4pm!

We are hoping to collect lots of sap today, but we aren't sure if we will be boiling later today. We do have lots of nice new light syrup for sale. We expect to boil tomorrow, and will be making taffy for our customers from 1 until 4pm.

This maple is one of our favorites! Owns the canopy!!!

Unfortunatelty we did not collect enough sap to boil today and as a result we will not be making taffy this afternoon! ☹️ This is certainly an odd start to the maple season!
