Happy FriYAY everyone!

This week on our Friday Local Spotlight we have Glengarry Maple!

🍁 Meet Glengarry Maple!

A family-owned farm in Eastern Ontario, Glengarry Maple produces small-batch, single-forest maple syrup with a rich, full-bodied flavour.

What began as a father-and-son business has grown into a three-generation family operation, committed to quality, sustainability and protecting their beautiful maple forest for the future. ❤️

Happy Labour Day!
Busy meal prepping today, but had to make a little treat for everyone's lunches. Maple sugar cinnamon rolls, Newfoundland style. 🍁☺️ Sweet but not too sweet....delicious!

Hear me out...this is one of my favourite lunches. Fresh sourdough, mayo, lettuce, tomato (which I didn't have), egg, and a solid drizzle of scotch bonnet maple syrup! So good!! 🤤🍁

Learned something new today! Not the best, but glad I found a way to make posts a little more interesting 😄

For those not in Eastern Ontario I am going to let you know something... it is COLD this morning 🥶!! Beautiful sun shining but a wind that gets ya! So I decided to head back inside to make a maple latte (and I can definitely say I made the right decision 😃🍁).

Have a lovely day everyone!

Stay safe today!
Fingers crossed all the sugar bushes out there remain relatively unaffected 🤞
