Carolina Ring Sting ice cream.
I use my Carloina Reaper Hot Sauce to make a very tasty and hot ice cream.
Have some Sauce left over from a batch today so that means is ice cream time.
It's a scratch made ice cream as you can see from the ingredients list and made in a ice cream machine, not a Ninja Creami.

I have a selection of veggies.
There's carrots, red onion, napa cabbage slaw, sweet onion and mini cucumbers.
The carrots and napa are made with apple cider vinegar
The onions are made with pickling vinegar but apple cider can be used on special order.
What sets them apart is I make them with a couple of my spice blends, namely Smoke Ring and the Butt Rub for a amazing light smoky flavor with a bit of spiciness. The napa slaw has chili flakes to kick it up a bit.
Either way, you can't go wrong with whatever one you choose.
