Meet The Ol’ Heifer.

Sweet, assertive, and absolutely convinced she’s right.

She struts in with ripe strawberry sweetness, followed by a delicate floral lychee finish, and lingers just long enough to let you know she’ll be speaking to the manager.

Semi-sweet and defiantly bold, this one is smooth on the palate but sharp on opinions.

With The Ol’ Heifer, our launch lineup is officially complete, and we can’t wait for you to try all four ciders on June 7.

Herd the news? 🦙🍎🍻

Manners Cider officially launches June 7th and tickets are almost SOLD OUT. We’re so excited to welcome you to the farm for our very first pours, bites, music, and memories.

A little note from the barnyard before opening day:

• Please only attend the launch event if you have a ticket
• No tickets will be available at the door
• We are not open to the public before June 7 as we finish preparing the space for guests

Following launch, Manners will be reservation-only while we settle into cider season properly. Hours, reservations, tastings, and upcoming events will all be shared soon.

Thank you for all the excitement, support, and patience while we get everything ready behind the scenes. We truly can’t wait to host you. 🤎

Our Manners menu is being crafted, the cider is chilling, and we’re getting ready to welcome you for an afternoon of small batch pours, delish snacks, live music, and good company.

Sweet enough to earn your trust. Sharp enough to use it against you.

Leading with juicy blackberry and just enough charm to pull you in, The Snitch keeps things smooth… at first. Then the lime hits. Bright, bold, and impossible to ignore, cutting through with the kind of attitude that leaves you questioning everything you just said.
