Well... the sourdough had other plans.

At some point overnight, several of our Classic and Jalapeño Cheddar loaves decided they no longer wanted to be bread and made a dramatic leap to the bakery floor.

Unfortunately, that means we won't have our Classic or Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough available this week.
The good news: 🍞 Sandwich loaves survived the incident and will be available. 🍪 Cookies are also fully stocked and remained loyal to the cause.

If you've ever spent hours making something only to watch it self-destruct, we see you.

Come by this week, grab a loaf, grab a cookie, and help us honor the fallen bread.

Hey there Pender Harbour!
Down on your luck and yearning for something toothsome, but have to go without because of finances? It's not a great feeling.
The economy sucks! Friends, family and neighbors alike are feeling the squeeze, and we want to build a community to fulfill your needs.

Food is not a luxury and at Willow and Sage Farms we believe there should be Bread-For-All so we are doing something about it.
Starting at our next market (June 14 @ Harbour Market 2026), we are launching our "Bread for All" campaign with the intention of providing sourdough loaves to those who need them the most in our community.

How it works:
- When you make a purchase at Pender Harbour Market, you may add a $1.00 donation to your purchase.,
- You can also choose to add a $5.00 donation to sponsor an entire loaf.
These donations will be pooled to cover the cost of a single regular-sized sourdough or white boule for anyone in need.
These loaves will only be available in person, so come and see us at Harbour Market 2026!

Hey friends, we're looking forward to seeing you at the Harbour Market tomorrow, from 9am to 2pm at Lions Field in Pender Harbour. We won't be there next week, so be sure to get your goodies while we're here!

We're bringing jalapeno and cheddar loaves, classic loaves and white sandwich loaves for your bread needs, and for those with a sweet tooth, we have cookies. Classic peanut butter, sweet butterscotch, hopping easter egg and our mysterious lavender fog all await you.
Last but not least, we have seedlings! If you're a tomato lover, we have great white, siberian and subarctic tomato seedlings waiting for a home in your garden.
