Good morning, Sunshine Coast!
Did you know that CTI Catering is launching Gather & Graze Community Market? (they've even dropped a menu for the concession breakfast and lunch 🥴)
We will be there for their first market on September 26th at shíshálh Nation Hall in Sechelt (behind the McDonalds) from 8:30am-3:30pm.

With the cold weather starting I find myself craving cinnamon raisin bread.
I haven't tried it as sourdough before, would anyone be interested in trying it?

Not everyday is an amazing day in the kitchen.
Today the batch of brownies meant for the market instead went into the trash.

It always hurts a little when product does not meet my standard. But, if I wouldn't eat it I wouldn't sell it to you.

Its the one of the realities of running a business is sometimes your brownies just come out tasting like soap and you have to throw out all of your baking molds, products and reorder new molds.

Until they arrive we will no longer have brownies on the menu. I will post again when they are available.

We'll be at Roberts Creek Community Farm Market today from 1:30pm-4:30pm with your sourdough fix.

We'll have classic loaves, pumpkin spice and pumpkin butterscotch cookies, brownies, blueberry jam and apple butter, and our cinnamon sugar blend. Can't wait to see you there!

Good morning, Pender Harbour! We're at Harbour Market BC today from 10am-2pm with your sourdough fix.

Today we have:
Sourdough loaves:
Classic, jalapeno & cheddar, and green onion & cheddar

Cookies:
Apple Cinnamon, caramel apple, butterscotch and peanut butter.

Extra Goodies:
Apple butter, blueberry vanilla jam, our cinnamon sugar, and brownies.

(For those who get here early we have some cinnamon apple loaves)

Good morning, Sechelt! We'll be at Davis Bay Farmer's Market today from 11am-3pm with your sourdough fix. Our offerings today will include classic and green onion cheddar sourdough loaves, apple pie, caramel apple, butterscotch and peanut butter cookies, apple butter, blueberry vanilla jam, our cinnamon sugar seasoning blend, and brownies.

A big thank you to everyone who bought our bread and cookies this month.

The tooth is fixed, I'm just healing.
Today and tomorrow will be lighter on bread than usual while I take time to heal.

Please come out and say hi I'll try and talk around the gauze 😂
