With the seasons came a change for our Fall Pumpkin Scone Mix. We’ve updated our recipe to make it even easier to prepare.
Some of the changes did not make it onto the instructions. We have now updated our packaging.
Please note : No eggs , or butter are needed in preparation.
Oven temperature is 375 F degrees.
We apologize for any confusion. We know you’ll love this fall inspired baking mix.

The Brown Sugar Shack is excited to be back as the Feature Vendor with Chapter Estates Winery this Sunday September 6. The cooler temperatures are right on time and with it we are taking the leap and embracing all things Fall. Including all its rich colours and warm spices. Brunch samples will include three of our Autumn 🍂 inspired baking mixes.

It’s been an amazing summer at THE MARKET
A heartfelt thank you to Chapter Estates Winery with Fraser Valley Wine Collective for hosting such amazing summer market season. From the vendor line up, the beautiful set up of booths, the event team, the stunning location and the amazing community of people that came out and braved our very interesting summer weather! I am beyond grateful for everyone one that stopped by, said hello, and supported this little dream!
We are excited for the “ ber” months and all the warm festive inspirations that come with it.
But for now we are going to soak in the last few weeks of summer and celebrate with our popular “ Weekend Brunch Box” Giveaway.
Included in the giveaway will be a surprise baking mix soon to be launching Fall 2026!
