Currently accepting applications for someone to gather leaves, pour the maple syrup, and let me know when the bourbon is ready. 🍂

Must enjoy crisp air, golden afternoons, romanticizing absolutely everything, and the occasional dramatic entrance.

Bonus points if you smell faintly of maple and believe every ordinary moment deserves to feel a little like a Nancy Meyers film.

We love being able to source ingredients so close to home and bring a little taste of our community into our seasonal flavours. 🍊

What a wonderful day at Fort Langley Cranberry Festival! 🍂❤️

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and sample our specially made Cranberry Orange Mini Macarons on October 10th!

Thanksgiving looks a little different around every table. This Thanksgiving, we asked our team to share a little piece of what the holiday means to them.

For some of us, it’s a recipe passed down through generations. For others, it’s a big, wonderfully chaotic family dinner, a favourite dish, a little ritual, or simply taking a moment to say what we’re thankful for.

And for some of our team, Thanksgiving is a tradition recently discovered after making Canada home.

Different traditions. Different tables. Different stories. But underneath them all is the same thing: good food bringing people together.

When we planned our fall lineup, cranberry was an automatic and we knew exactly where to go.
We headed down to Fort Langley and THE BOG Riverside Cranberry Farm 🇨🇦 Brian & Mandy Dewit , threw on some waders, and got a little closer to where it all happens.
After some fun, it was back to the kitchen.
We created a tart cranberry-orange curd for our buttercream, and dusted our macaron shells with freeze-dried cranberries.
Every step happens right here in the Langley.
