Happy Friday! It was a pleasure to be able to focus and be involved in operations again after so many weeks focused on building our booth for the
1. It was time to find a place in the warehouse to permanently store our booth. Although, we had made some space it has been a challenge to store it in an efficient way, and protect our investment from damage before the next show.
2. Before Matt bought the business he was the production manager. Nobody talks about how hard the transition from being the guy hands on making products every day to being outside operations is. It's a welcome pleasure to be able to jump in and see how the systems are actually working.
3. With the operational support this week, we couldn't take our foot off the gas. We made so many great contacts, and spent a ton of time organizing them all, as well as meeting about new programs to support current clients and how we onboard future clients for success.
4. At the heart of that will be helping customers build beautiful displays. We've sold a couple of macarons in our day, and we know what makes them sell. We're going to be more involved in offering stores guides, suggestions, in-house operational support, and sampling programs.
5. These sampling programs will involve tasting our mini macarons. But Rio wants to make sure you know they are available for sale direct, and listed with in the British Columbia and in Calgary
That's all for this week. Follow along every Friday to see what we've been whisking up!
