Upgrade your classic chocolate mousse with citrus and ricotta. The flavor profile on this one hits completely different. 🤌

Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 cups Ricotta (strained)

100 ml Semi-sweet chocolate, melted

45 ml Sugar & 5 ml Salt

1 ÂĽ tsp Lemon zest

5 ml Nutmeg

30 ml Dark chocolate chunks

How to make it:
Blitz strained ricotta until smooth, fold in sugar, salt, and melted chocolate, then purée until light. Chill for 30 minutes, garnish with dark chocolate chunks and nutmeg, and serve!

What’s for dinner? Grab yourself a rotisserie chicken and whip up this crowd-pleasing Asian Noodle Salad!

You’ll need:
- 1 tablespoon Well Seasoned Olive Oil, divided
- 1 Jalapeño Chile, minced (ribs and seeds removed)
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh Ginger
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- Coarse Salt and ground Pepper
- 1/4 cup dark-brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 whole rotisserie Chicken, shredded - skin and bones discarded
- 1 package (8.8 ounces) cellophane (bean-thread) Noodles, prepared according to package instructions
- 1 English Cucumber, cut into 3-inch sticks
- 2 cups fresh Cilantro leaves
