I have been making perogies for 30+ years now and have been asked by many family members/friends for my homemade perogies, and recipe(which I have not given up to anyone)

To their dismay, I chose to make pierogies only 2x a year. At those times, I would make up a bunch and divide them up to whomever wanted pierogies. Now, to their delight, I am always stalked up on perogies whenever they want them, and 30 years later, MiLisa's Homemade Gourmet Perogies has been born.
