I’m happy to share two of my final projects from my Cake Diploma practical exam.

Wedding Cake Structure
For this wedding cake structure, I used fondant icing for the cake covering, with handmade roses created using gum paste and flower paste. I also used wafer paper, delicate baby’s breath flowers, and an Isomold crystal topper to complete the elegant wedding design. The crystal topper was made using Isomold, adding a beautiful and sparkling finishing touch to the cake.

A delicious butter cake decorated with American buttercream icing and a beautiful three-colour ribbon design, finished with 14 fondant jungle animal toppers.

I’m so happy to share these creations as part of my cake decorating journey. Every cake has given me an opportunity to learn, create, and improve my skills.
