**LIVE AT THE LAGOON IS TOMORROW!**

We are officially ONE sleep away from our sold out event!

Before you head to the farm, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your day at the lagoon.

GATES OPEN AT 1:45 PM!
Live music kicks off at 2:15 PM, so arrive early, get through admissions and claim your spot by the lagoon!

Now for a few important reminders before you arrive:
• Bring your own chair or blanket and get comfy for the day!
• There are no ins & outs once you’ve entered the ticketed event, so make sure you have everything you need with you.
• Carpool if you can! It’s going to be a busy day on the farm, and fewer vehicles will help everyone.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted. We’ll have SIX food vendors onsite with sweet + savoury options, plus plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from.
• All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property.
• Drink tickets will be available for purchase at GA Admissions. Premium exB**Rience guests can purchase theirs at the main Premium bar.
• The Premium exB**Rience is reserved for Premium ticket holders only. GA guests will not be permitted into the Premium area.
• If you need to smoke, please use our designated smoking area near the GA admissions tent.
• Please drink responsibly! If you’re planning on enjoying a few beverages, arrange a safe ride home ahead of time.
• We LOVE your four-legged friends, but for this event, we strongly recommend leaving your dogs at home. With 600 people expected onsite, it’s going to be busy, and we cannot guarantee adequate shade throughout the day.

Most importantly — come ready for an incredible afternoon of live music, local food & drinks and one final summer celebration at the lagoon!

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who voted for us, visits the farm, grabs our b**r and c***r, brings their friends, comes back again (and again), and continues to support what we’re building here at Locality.

**FROM FARM TO GLASS: APPLES **

Next up in our Farm Crop Series, we’re heading to the orchard, because at Locality We grow ingredients for b**r AND c***r!

Our c***r journey began back in 2017, when we started grafting nearly 800 heritage c***r apple varieties onto selected rootstock. After spending time in our nursery, those young trees were planted across our six-acre orchard in 2019 and 2020 with a whole lot of help from family and friends.

Today, between our own orchard and an orchard we lease from our neighbours, we maintain and harvest over 20 different varieties of heritage c***r apples.

And right now? Apple harvest is underway!

We’ll be picking from now through late September, with a little extra help this year from our French agriculture student, Romain! If you see him working in the orchard or tasting room, make sure you say hi.

Once harvested, the apples are pressed, the juice is fermented, and then the c***r spends approximately six months in tanks before it’s ready for your glass.

Our current Dry House C***r, Lii Batazh, was made from our 2025 harvest and scored extremely well at a national judging competition, so come give it a try before this batch is gone!

Then the waiting begins… our 2026 harvest will become the Dry House C***r released in March 2027.

From planting and pruning to harvesting, pressing, fermenting and pouring, there’s a whole lot that happens before c***r reaches your glass.

Last but DEFINITELY not least, meet our Live at the Lagoon headliner, Annika Catharina!

Annika Catharina is a Fraser Valley country artist blending heartfelt storytelling with a bold country-rock edge. She’s earned back-to-back number 1 songs on SiriusXM Top of the Country, landed the cover of Apple Music’s Canada’s Country playlist, and has been recognized as an iHeartRadio Future Star, Rogers One to Watch, and JR Country Artist of the Month.

Annika has also opened for Brett Kissel and was named a semi-finalist in both SiriusXM’s Top of the Country and the Boots & Hearts Emerging Artist Showcase. Her latest EP, Up All Night, showcases the honest songwriting, powerful storytelling, and energetic live sound that are quickly becoming her signature.

**LIVE AT THE LAGOON ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: JADA LEROUX**

Next up in our artist spotlights is a face you might recognize around Locality! We are SO excited to welcome Jada Leroux back to the lagoon stage for Live at the Lagoon!

Jada Leroux is a BC-based singer-songwriter and guitarist known for her warm vocals, dynamic live performances, and genre-spanning repertoire. Playing over 300 shows a year, Jada has become a familiar face on stages across the Lower Mainland, performing everything from intimate acoustic sets to weddings, festivals, corporate events and large-scale productions. Blending pop, folk, country, soul and classic favourites with her own original music, she brings an easygoing charm and unmistakable personality to every stage.

If you've caught Jada at Locality before, you already know why we're so excited to have her joining this year's lineup. And if you haven't, September 6 is your chance!
