Join us at the table for FVWC’s 2nd Annual Harvest Dinner — an evening celebrating harvest, community and connection.

Hosted by Fraser Valley W**e Collective × Common Ground Farms

Harvest is a time to gather in gratitude — to celebrate what has been grown, what has been created, and the people and partnerships that made it possible.

On September 27, we’ll gather around long tables at Common Ground Farms for an evening of beautiful seasonal food by One Oak Catering, Chapter Estates w**es, and a setting created by Lux Affairs.

For us, this dinner is about more than the harvest itself. It’s a chance to slow down, share a table, and celebrate the partnerships, collaborations and community that have helped shape so much of what we’ve been able to create this year.

The evening will also include a silent auction in support of PacificSport Fraser Valley, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the organization.

Tomorrow is our final Summer Market of the season — and we’re celebrating some of the incredible local producers who make these markets so special.

Meet Waterhouse Farm, a new farm store opening in Murrayville with a simple idea at its heart: make it easier to find really good food, close to home.

What started with sourcing quality food for their own family grew into something they wanted to share with the community. Their shelves feature premium Speckle Park Reserve beef, local chicken, heritage pork, farm-fresh eggs and a growing collection of thoughtfully chosen local goods.

Their approach is simple: Would we feed this to our own kids?

Tomorrow at the market, Waterhouse Farm will be bringing a selection of their meats, three flavours of handcrafted ice cream, fresh sourdough bread — and they’ll be cooking and sampling their beef sausages right in front of you on the Big Green Egg.

Come meet the people behind the farm, discover something local, and stock up for the week.

Harvest Weekend is coming to Common Ground Farms — September 26 & 27.

We’re so excited to be partnering with Common Ground Farms to bring together two days celebrating the Harvest season, our local community, and so many of the partnerships and collaborations that have made this year special.

September 26 — Harvest Market
A day on the farm filled with local makers, growers, food and plenty of harvest fun.

For the kids, we’ll have FREE harvest activities, including:

Sack racing, sponsored by Pacific Sport Fraser Valley
Pumpkin painting
Catch-an-apple-on-a-string, sponsored by Surrey Farms

And the fun isn’t just for the kids — get ready for a corn shucking contest and grape stomping, too.

September 27 — Harvest Long Table Dinner
An evening of beautiful food and w**e, shared tables and a chance to gather and celebrate the harvest season together.

For us, harvest is about more than what comes out of the ground or into the cellar. It’s about gratitude, connection, partnership — and celebrating what we can create when we do it together.

What a day on the Lawn at Chapter Estates last weekend!

The clouds didn’t keep anyone away - we sipped, tasted, enjoyed live acoustic music, and celebrated some of the incredible producers helping shape BC’s w**e and beverage scene.

We’re so grateful to every producer who has joined us, every guest who came out, and everyone helping us build this alongside them.

And we’re already working on what comes next…

Apparently, Chapter Estates is about to ruin ordinary long table dinners for the rest of us.

And we’re here for it.

Less then one week from now, one of the Fraser Valley W**e Collective’s founding w**eries, Chapter Estates W**ery, will set the table for its very first Long Table Dinner.

Behind the scenes, their team has been obsessing over every detail — the food, the w**e, the setting and the hundred little things that turn dinner into something worth remembering.

As one of our founding w**eries, Chapter has become an exciting new anchor for w**e, food and hospitality here in the Fraser Valley — and this is exactly the kind of experience we’re proud to see taking shape in our backyard.

August 30. A few seats remain.

If Chapter’s first Long Table is any indication of what’s ahead, we think the Fraser Valley is going to want to keep an eye out.

And trust us — there’s much more in the works.
