Meet our Sales Reps: Ericka Van Dongen 👋
Ericka is a cash crop farmer near Comber. She graduated from the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus in 2024 with an Associate Diploma in Agriculture and recently graduated from Olds College with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agribusiness. Ericka worked part-time for Epp Ag Solutions in 2024 and is now back full-time as a Sales Associate.
What drew Ericka to Can Grow: “I was drawn to Can Grow because of the wide range of products that fit easily into a grower's operation and bring value to their farm,” she expressed.
FUN FACT: Ericka loves everything outdoors, whether that's fishing, paddleboarding, gardening, or scouting fields. 🎣🪏

Meet our Sales Reps: Emma Epp 👋
Emma has been involved in the agriculture industry her entire life. She grew up on a dairy farm and farm market. Emma graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in Agricultural Business in 2013. After university, she worked in ag retail until taking over a Pioneer dealership in 2021. Emma owns Epps Ag Solutions.
What drew Emma to Can Grow: “I was drawn to Can Grow because of the strong history and dedication to soil health. I also love the forward thinking of what else we can do on our farms to improve management, ROI etc,” she expressed.
FUN FACT: She loves reading, biking, and hanging out with her two kids. 🚲👪

Crop Check-In!

Now that we’re starting to finish up corn yield estimates we’re able to take a better overall look at our varieties. When looking at the averages for each variety 1136AM appears to be our winner! This variety is thriving in well fertilized soils, we've seen it doing awesome across soil types. It has a nice long cob, nicely pollinated with nice big kernels.
