How did we get to Green Work Farms?
The story of this farm started in the year 2000 when two kids met and became friends in middle school. These young gentleman grew up started families and went into business. Was it farming? NO! These gentleman run a successful business as partners but decided to get back to their roots, literally. They needed one more thing to make this dream a reality. A third gentleman entered the fold. VOILA! The chemistry of the team was perfected and plans were hatched. So were chickens. With innovation and elbow grease Green Work Farms was created.
The families run this farm as a group. There are children and adults who get to harvest eggs and produce. They make sure what you buy is clean and ready to go. The same adults and children feed pigs and chickens and generally do all of the farm work that is involved in raising happy healthy animals and nutritious food. Who are these people you ask? We have a man with a plan (and a tractor) Ready to hit the open field. We have a micro greens maven helping produce nutritious greens. We have a hydroponic plant pro striving to make the healthiest crops we can. We have a tech wizard creating a website for your convenience. We have a marketer telling you all of this right now.
Why do we all do this? This is the best and simplest way to get healthy food to you at a fair price. We wouldn’t do all of this if we didn’t love what we do and we are sure you can taste that dedication in every bite.
